Who we are

This website is run by Digital Designer LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Ocala, Florida ("Digital Designer", "we", "us"). If you have any question about this policy, email gleydercampos@digitaldesigner.global or call (786) 474-0494.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms. The contact form asks for your name, business name, email, phone (optional), the service you're interested in and your message. The free health check form asks for your name, business name, website or listing link, email, phone (optional) and a note.
• What you send us directly by email, phone or text, and the information you share when you hire us (for example your logo, photos, business details and the accounts you invite us to).
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell ads on this site. If we add website analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand which pages are useful, we will update this policy first.

How we use it

• To answer your message and prepare the health check, audit or proposal you asked for.
• To deliver, bill for and support the services you buy.
• To send you occasional emails about our services. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor it.
• To keep our website and business secure and to meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

We will not send you marketing text messages unless you have clearly agreed to receive them.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Website hosting and form delivery (Netlify)
• Email and documents (Google Workspace)
• Payments (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
• Bookkeeping, and our accountant or lawyer when needed

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

AI tools

We use AI tools (such as Claude by Anthropic) to help research, write and build, with a person reviewing the work. We only put client information into these tools when it's needed for your project, and we never put in passwords or payment details.

Your accounts and passwords

We never ask for your passwords. When you hire us, you invite us to your accounts (such as your Google Business Profile or domain) as a team member, and you can remove us at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and project files for as long as we're working together and for a reasonable time after, and we keep billing records as long as tax law requires. If you're not a client, you can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop emailing you. Email gleydercampos@digitaldesigner.global and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security

We use two-step sign-in on our business accounts, a password manager, and secure (HTTPS) connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Other websites

Our site may link to other websites, such as examples of our work. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Big changes will be explained here in plain language.
