Our services and your agreement

This website describes our services and prices. When you hire us, we send a written proposal and a Client Service Agreement. That signed agreement sets the scope, timeline, payment and other terms for your project, and it wins if anything on this website says something different.

Prices

Prices on this site are in U.S. dollars and may change for new clients. The price in your signed proposal is the price you pay for that project. We do not offer discounts or coupons.

Free health checks and audits

Our free website health check is offered with no obligation to buy anything. Health checks and audits are based on public information and our professional opinion at the time we review your site. They are suggestions, not guarantees.

No guaranteed rankings or results

No one controls how Google, Bing, AI assistants or other platforms rank or recommend businesses. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or sales. We do guarantee the work we promise in your agreement, and we report real numbers.

Using this website

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or send spam or harmful content through our forms.

Our content

The words, design, logo and graphics on this website belong to Digital Designer LLC. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy our content or branding without permission. Who owns a website we build for you is set out in your Client Service Agreement.

Example designs on this site may be samples made to show our style and are labeled as such. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimer

The information on this website is general and provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it is always complete or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Digital Designer LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website. For paid work, the limits in your Client Service Agreement apply.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Marion County, Florida, unless your Client Service Agreement says otherwise.
